No. Race entry is not included in our packages and cannot be guaranteed by Ready Steady Tour. Registration is handled separately by you, through the official event ballot and entry process. What we look after is everything around the race — accommodation assistance, transfers, tours, the pre-race dinner and race-week logistics — and we will tell you exactly what you still need to book yourself.
Yes — this is a big part of what we do. We work with running clubs, corporate groups and travel agencies sending runners to Sydney, coordinating airport transfers, group accommodation assistance, a private pre-race pasta dinner and race-morning logistics, so the organiser can simply run their own race. Agencies can white-label our ground services for their own clients.
Non-running partners and children are welcome on every tour we operate. We plan spectator spots along the course so your supporters actually see you run, then meet you at the finish.
As early as you can. Sydney fills up fast on marathon weekend and the best-located hotels and transfer slots go first. Send us an enquiry and we will hold options while you confirm your entry.
