By booking a tour with Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio you are accepting these Terms and Conditions as a binding contract without alteration. Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio reserves the right to update or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, and it is the client’s responsibility to be familiar with them.
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. All prices on our website supersede all prices previously advertised. We reserve the right to, at any time, increase or decrease advertised prices for our tours. All prices are valid subject to Government and Fuel Surcharges.
The amount must be paid at the time of the booking. We may charge a booking fee or a 1.5% credit card transaction fee when paying for services. Bookings are non-transferable and are only valid for the booked tour and date unless given express written consent by Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio. A surcharge of 5% will be applied if the invoice is not paid within 14 days from the due date.
If you need to cancel your tour for any reason, please notify Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio as soon as possible. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio reserve the right to change or cancel tours due to operating requirements or circumstances beyond our control. All our tours require a minimum of two (2) passengers to commence. If the minimum number is not reached then we reserve the right to change or cancel any bookings. Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio will add a single passenger in a waiting list.

Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio are available for private tours, corporate charter, and other special events. Please contact us for more information. Any quotes provided are valid for 14 days from the date on the quote.
If a charter booking is canceled by you:
Payment of the balance of the booking is required 30 days prior to the tour. Special requests by passengers during the charter are to subject to agreement by the tour guide or driver.
If the tour goes over the allocated time, the rate is $20 per 15 minutes or part thereof.
Ready Steady Tour reserves the right to outsource charters if unable to undertake a booking due to vehicle availability.
Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio operate tours in Sydney and the Blue Mountains and due to occupational health and safety requirements we strongly recommend wearing closed shoes and bring sunscreen, hat, and water on all our tours.
You are responsible for your own behavior. Uncontrollable and disruptive drunken behavior will not be tolerated. Any person deemed unruly or disruptive can be removed from the tour and will not be entitled to any refund. Any legal action (including fines) taken against a person on the tour, or against Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio because of the actions of a passenger, will be the sole responsibility of that person.
Passengers are responsible for any damage they cause during the tour to the property of Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio or any businesses we visit. A minimum fee of $250 will apply to any damage. We reserve the right to charge your credit card without authorization from you to cover the costs for any damage incurred by you or by passengers you booked. Smoking is not permitted in our tour vehicles and anywhere in Australia unless it is in a designated smoking area. We are not responsible for the conduct of third party operators, venues or suppliers.
At all times the decision of the Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio tour leader or representative will be final on all matters likely to affect the safety and well-being of the tour. This includes any decision that the tour leader makes about the on-going participation of a passenger on the tour or certain activities that comprise part of the tour. The matter may be also reported to the NSW Police if deemed necessary by the Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio tour leader or representative. Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio are not responsible for any costs incurred once a passenger is removed from a tour.
Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio will always do their best to contact you by mobile phone if you are late or missing part of the tour.
However, we accept no responsibility for and provide no refund for, passengers who miss any part of the tour for any reason.
This includes but is not limited to passengers failing to be at arranged pick up points at arranged times or passengers leaving the pick-up location due to our transport running late.
Our car will leave according to times stated on itineraries and will not wait for late passengers.
Pick up and drop off times are an indication only.
Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio are not responsible for late arrival at any destination.
We reserve the right to alter any part of the itinerary without notice before, on, or during the tour as circumstances dictate.
You agree that Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio may use images or video of you taken during the tour without recourse to you and without compensation to you, for publicity and promotion purposes only, through whatever medium it chooses.
Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio will need to collect information from you, some of which may be of a personal nature, in order to provide a service. The information may be disclosed to, or collected on our behalf by our service providers to enable the services to be provided, but will not be used by them for any other purpose.
Passenger RELEASE & Ready Steady Tour LIABILITY
Child seat must be booked at the time of the request. Children under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for their welfare and supervision Special meals must be required at the time of the request, Note that this will be on a request basis only, as Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio cannot guarantee the availability of special meal types.
Third party excursions such as Scenic Railway, Helicopter, Boat Cruises are not operated by Ready Steady Tour property of Australia Corner owned by Iappelli Fabrizio. These activities may involve inherent risk of injury, death, accident, delay and loss, and clients assume all such risk with regard to any misadventure, death, injury, delay or loss which occurs during, or as a result of, any such activity.
The law of NSW governs these Terms and Conditions. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW and of the Commonwealth of Australia.
